About

Alexander Kadochnikov is a managing partner of Shiryak, Bowman, Anderson, Gill & Kadochnikov’s commercial litigation division. His litigation practice involves prosecuting and defending construction disputes, shareholder derivative litigation. He also litigated matters involving Federal Debt Collection Practices Act in federal courts.

Alexander’s transactional practice includes drafting and negotiation of buy-sell agreements, shareholder/operating agreements. He has also negotiated and structured a number of domestic and international joint ventures.

Alexander earned his J.D. in 2012 from Widener University School of law. He is admitted to the bars of New York and New Jersey, as well as federal Eastern and Southern District Courts of New York and the District Court of New Jersey
